1. Returns Eligibility:

  • Products must be purchased directly from the Dr. Flora Levin Skincare online store.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Only products that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition are eligible for returns. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to health and safety reasons.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support team at products@drfloralevin.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.

b. Our Customer Support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

c. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your original invoice and the RA number in the package.

d. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

3. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.
